CH Consulting was approached by Al-Hokair Group to reengineer the menu of The Top Hat restaurant and bar, a UK-based establishment intended to be implemented in the Monopoly Lifesized entertainment park in Riyadh, KSA.

Our team had to create the layout for the kitchen and bar, while also modifying the food and drink menu to fit the Saudi market without changing the identity of the flagship in London.

We created an exciting new food and beverage menu, featuring delicious dishes and mocktails that perfectly catered to the Saudi market, while still preserving The Top Hat restaurant and bar's essence.
