Meptico, a leading food brand in Lebanon, approached CH Consulting with a unique challenge: to develop a demo kitchen concept with an auxiliary retail extension within their premises in Zouk Mosbeh. The aim was to offer baking and cooking demo presentations and workshops designed for professionals and individuals, while using Meptico’s brands products: Puidor and Domo.

CH Consulting provided a comprehensive range of services, including concept development, equipment and kitchen layout, organizational chart, operational procedures, and curriculum and recipes development. The project resulted in a well-designed kitchen demo clubhouse space with a clear mission and vision, unique selling proposition, and optimized operational flow. Additionally, CH Consulting provided a recipe guide for R&D to meet B2B needs and a trimester calendar of classes for B2C.

Thanks to CH Consulting's expertise, Meptico will soon launch its demo kitchen concept in Lebanon. The project’s aim is to reach a community of both professionals and individuals, and let Meptico's products gain more visibility and credibility.
