CH Consulting helped Sparks Land Amusement Toys create playful menus for the restaurants in the "Mission: Play! by Mattel" park at The Galleria Mall in Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The project was challenging as we had to create menu items that featured Mattel brands like Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Mega Bloks despite the fact that the existing kitchen layout design was already installed. Our team worked creatively to overcome this obstacle and deliver a successful outcome that was approved by the operator and by the license owner.

CH Consulting's food developers and consultants worked together to create concepts for a quick service restaurant as well as a casual service restaurant that fit the park and mall visitors' needs while fitting the existing layouts. The menus were a success and catered to the park's target clientele and created a unique selling proposition in a mall full with other competing offers.
